Charles Scott, Intel Corporation

Charles serves as Director of Software & Services for Intel Capital, Intel Corporation’s global investment organization, based in New York City. In this position, which he’s held since 2005, Scott is responsible for enterprise software investments in vertical segments, including financial services and cleantech. Since joining Intel in 1997, Scott has held a variety of key management positions within the company. He has directed international business development and marketing in the Enterprise Products Group, served as chief of staff to the general manager of the Mobile Products Group, and managed the company’s worldwide strategic engagement with General Electric and NASDAQ. Prior to joining Intel, Charles worked in NYC at the U.S. Council for International Business, where he represented U.S. high tech companies in several international governmental organizations. Charles has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts and Harvard Universities. He speaks German and Japanese.
Donal McGranaghan, Asset Control

Donal has 25 years of experience in software development and consultancy, having held key positions at Misys, Kindle Banking Systems, BIS and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Dublin. In his current position as the Senior Vice President of Product and Development at Asset Control, Donal has responsibility for the direction and content of the leading financial data management company's products: AC Plus and TapMaster. Prior to joining Asset Control, Donal was the head of development for Misys’ Treasury and Capital Markets division. At Misys, he held several other key positions including Global Vice President for its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and General Manager for the company’s software development center in Bangalore, India, which he helped launch and oversaw development for the retail banking arm of the company.
Howard Siegel, Brown Rudnick

Howard is the Co-Leader of Brown Rudnick’s Energy and Utilities Practice Group and an active member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group. He represents clients in matters involving the acquisition, divestiture and financing of electric generation facilities; renewable energy project development and finance including monetization of carbon credits, RECs and other environmental attributes; bankruptcy and reorganization; corporate and real estate debt restructuring; state public utility commission regulatory proceedings; commercial, corporate and project finance; mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions; and asset valuation litigation.
Gavin Starks, AMEE

Gavin is the founder and CEO of AMEE. Gavin has a unique background in business, technology, science and media. Leading projects with organisations as diverse as the UK Government, Google, BBC, Rolls Royce, LogicaCMG, Shell and Christian Aid, he has broad and deep knowledge of how data can change the world, and has been building technology-platform businesses for over a decade. He began developing internet-based research tools in 1993, joining Branson’s Virgin Net as employee #5 in 1995. He helped design and build many Virgin web properties, including the award winning Virgin Net and Virgin Radio, and was instrumental in kick-starting the streaming media industry in Europe. In 1999 he created an award-winning media-technology service, Tornado Productions, and sold it to a larger media group in 2003. He then built out world-leading data aggregator, CI: the first company to deliver digital products to iTunes, and delivered Amazon US ~25% of its digital download store.
Mark Green, Tera Vista Systems

Mark serves as the president and founder for Tera Vista Systems where he leads all business development efforts, client strategy and industry outreach. Mark is adept in managing and collaborating operations with professionals and support staff in cross-functional teams, including executive management, creative design, IT and suppliers. His expertise includes marketing and business strategy, one-to one relationship marketing, interactive product development, including e-commerce, co-op marketing tools, inventory management systems and online promotions. Mark has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including: St. Louis Mayor’s Proclamation Award-Entrepreneurs in Technology and St. Louis Business Journal – 30 Award Recipient. Mark is a founding member and sits on the Novecta Soil Carbon Sequestration Standard Committee. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Fine Art.
Margaret (Margie) P. Flynn, BrownFlynn
